Returns & Refunds policy

At Judah Kids Pre-School, we strive to provide a seamless experience for parents and guardians. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to cancellations and refunds for fees or payments made to our institution.

1. Application Fees

Application fees paid during the admission process are non-refundable under any circumstances.

2. Tuition Fees

2.1 Cancellation Before the Academic Year Begins:

If a parent/guardian chooses to withdraw their child before the academic year commences, a written request must be submitted.
A refund of tuition fees will be processed, subject to a deduction of an administrative charge of 10% of the total tuition fee.

2.2 Cancellation After the Academic Year Begins:

If a child is withdrawn after the academic year has started, no refund of tuition fees will be provided for the ongoing term.
Fees for subsequent terms that have not yet commenced may be refunded upon submission of a written request, less a 10% administrative charge.

3. Refunds for Special Programs and Activities

Fees paid for special programs, extracurricular activities, or field trips are non-refundable unless the program or activity is canceled by Judah Kids Pre-School.

4. Mode of Refund

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed via the original mode of payment within 15 working days of approval.
Judah Kids Pre-School is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

In the event of unforeseen situations, such as natural disasters or pandemics, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of the school management.

6. Non-Transferable Payments

Fees paid are non-transferable to another child or account.
